Top notch! Arrived on time and very friendly! Took the time to educate us on the do’s and dont’s with raccoons and was extremely knowledgeable and better than that was honest. These are the folks to call!

Response from the owner

Thank you so much for the kind words, it was our pleasure meeting with you!!

Great experience with Critter Ridder. The owner was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. He offered a free inspection, checked the entire attic and roof, and never once tried to upsell us. Instead, he explained the most budget-friendly way to handle the issue ourselves. Rare to find a company this professional that truly puts the customer first. Highly recommend. - Dylan

We heard what we thought was a squirrel or some other critter in our attic. We had one company come out, peek in the attic, and walk around the house, and then give me a $7000 estimate for trapping and putting new covers on my gutters. Jason came out, actually went into my attic and said he saw no signs of any animals. Then he looked thoroughly at my roof and gutters and said he saw nothing of concern. He didn't charge me a dime for coming out and asked only that I let others know what he did for me. Make Critter-Ridder your first call if you think you have an issue. They will give you an honest assessment!

Response from the owner

Thank you, Mr. Kelly. We are always happy to come out and help you. Even if you don't have any issues, we will be here if you ever need us. Just give us a call.

We had critters in our attic a while back, and Critter Ridder came out and did an excellent job from the very beginning. They thoroughly secured the entire exterior of our home with mesh wire, closing off all holes and access points. Over the months and years, if we ever heard even a little bit of activity in the attic, Critter Ridder always honored their warranty—coming back out to check, set traps if needed, and clean up thoroughly. Most recently, we had Critter Ridder come out again, and I want to specifically recognize the technician, DJ. DJ is extremely professional and goes above and beyond every time. He carefully inspects the outside, goes into the attic and crawlspace, and truly takes the time to make sure everything is secure. During this visit, he noticed a few access points that may not have been fully sealed before, caught a rodent under the house, completely sealed the attic, returned again to clean droppings, sanitize, and fog the area. DJ is always on time, very communicative, and respectful when coordinating access to the inside of our home. His attention to detail, professionalism, and communication really stand out. We feel confident knowing Critter Ridder stands by their work and sends technicians like DJ who truly care. Highly recommend this company.

Response from the owner

Thank you, Mr. Ward, for the kind words. We are super happy to help. Please let us know if you need anything else in the future.

Ms. Pam, I am not sure why we received a one-star review from you. We have never been to your home. If you would like to reach out to us, please do. We would be happy to help if we can.

This company came out and did a full inspection free of charge. Who does that these days. They let me know I did not have any issues at this time, and I had nothing to worry about. I have seen other people's reviews and they make me laugh. People leave bad reviews becuse they think they know more than the professional. When you have a problem and want it done right you call a professional not a quack. Then leave bad reviews because they don't want their name on a half completed job. You would not hire an attorney and then represent your self that would be stupid. I did not want tonhave issues and they were able to give me a quote to do a preliminary seal to keep critters out. This company is honest and knowledgeable, I highly recommend. They will do a good job and not just take your money and leave you with the problem.

The Critter-Ridder approach

Standards Behind the Recommendation

The exact method depends on the species, property, season, accessible areas, and approved scope.

01

03

Complete the scope

Carry the authorized work through documentation and follow-through.

Common questions

What Property Owners Ask First

These answers provide general direction. The correct plan still depends on the property and current conditions.

Is Critter-Ridder a general pest-control company?

Critter-Ridder specializes in wildlife inspection, active wildlife control, exclusion, cleanup, bird control, and all entry-point repairs. Contact the team with the specific condition at your property so the appropriate service can be confirmed.

Can I see examples of real Critter-Ridder work?

Yes. The site includes original field photography, entry-point documentation, and completed repair images that show how Critter-Ridder evaluates and corrects property conditions.

What makes a professional approach different?

A professional approach does not begin by assuming a species, selling a preset package, or treating the visible animal as the entire problem. It connects wildlife evidence to the structure, explains what is confirmed versus suspected, and separates active control from exclusion, cleanup, repair, and optional prevention. That gives you, the property owner, a clearer basis for deciding what to authorize.
